Amazing. I loved the flow especially and how one thought naturally emerged to the next. Restacking.

Clear evidence of your existence is in your brilliance upon the page. Yet there is a panic within the words, as if their existence is not proof enough. Sometimes patience grows short, but you will find your way. The starting point is at the center. ❤️🙏

It does seem to be at the center David. Thank you for the comments.

I guess what I was trying to say, a bit clumsily as I reread it, is that so often trauma causes turmoil in us and, when we engage with it and/or write about it, it looks like thrashing around and reflects that energy. But after a while when the thrashing settles, we find there is a calm center, consciousness. When we come to that and reside in that, the other fades away and, even if it remains a memory, it loses its energy. I was aiming to commend you for you willingness to engage this process and encourage you to keep going and to get the value from your effort.

Thank you for you clarification, and I see what you were intending. I like how you restate it as a calm center after the thrashing settles.
